Why do I see "reverse DNS does not match SMTP banner" for mx1/mx2?

Some DNS checkers flag that the reverse DNS (PTR) doesn't match the SMTP banner on mx1.improvmx.com or mx2.improvmx.com

This is normal. These hosts are inbound MX servers used to receive and forward your mail, not to send mail outward. Outbound delivery uses separate sending infrastructure, so this warning on the inbound hosts has no impact on whether your messages get delivered.
